[info] I really had every intention of making creme brulee.  (a) I don’t like cooking so I don’t know what possessed me to buy these for that purpose.  (b) Creme brulee is so unhealthy, I don’t know why I would want to make it.  (c) Creme brulee will be left up to the professionals in my world.  :)
