Our Nikon D5000 camera was our family gift a few months ago. It was an open box deal at Best Buy and I got screaming deal on it. The only problem? All of my Nikon accessories don’t work with this model. I need the wireless remote to be able to use this for light painting and use slow shutter speeds.
My challenge today? I found a used remote on eBay for $7.99 with free shipping. I decided I don’t need this and I chose not to buy it. I have a cable release for my other camera, so I’ll use that one for now. :)
