Not much to report on the shopping front. I did take these photos a few weeks ago. I just thought it was a little bit funny that they look like a little flower garden of retail shopping, entertainment options and restaurant opportunities…
I’m glad the PTA is raising money, but I really don’t want a coupon book. Why can’t businesses just give the best possible prices without having paper waste to go with it? They have the word-of-mouth deals on the radio. “Walk in and say you heard our ad…”
I don’t want to walk around with a 20 pound book that will dictate where I eat, play and shop. I would forget I have a coupon, eat somewhere, then be really angry with myself for forgetting it and spending the extra money.
This is one garden I don’t need.
Wow Jody,
I’m surprised you don’t buy the Entertainment Book. They are the GREATEST way to save money (and I’m not selling them).
Just with the Tom Thumb coupons, you get your money back…then all those 50% off coupons, BOGO’s, movie discounts, etc.
